There is something incredibly special about a Christening ceremony in London — a beautiful coming together of family, tradition, faith and love. This Christening in Mayfair was filled with those meaningful little moments that make the day so memorable, from the excitement and anticipation before the ceremony to the hugs, laughter and celebrations afterwards. With family and friends gathered around her, this little girl was surrounded by so much love as she took this important first step in her life.
Behind every beautifully planned Christening is a family who has invested so much time, love and emotion into making the day special. I remember hearing Mum quietly say, “I am so nervous,” and it was such a genuine reminder of just how much these moments mean.
A Christening is a long process of planning and preparation, and when the day finally arrives, there is an incredible energy surrounding the family. As a Mayfair Christening photographer, I feel privileged to capture those fleeting moments — the proud parents, grandparents holding their little one close, the dad kissing his child’s forehead.
