Once we confirm the details, we’ll schedule a convenient time for the shoot. If you have any specific requests, such as focusing on unique features or amenities, feel free to let us know in advance.
Preparing the Property for a Seamless Shoot
To ensure the best results, the property should be clean, decluttered, and well-lit before the shoot. Open the curtains to let in natural light, remove personal items, and stage the space to look inviting. For Airbnb properties, small touches like fresh flowers, neatly arranged cushions, and a welcoming setup for guests (coffee station, local guidebook) can enhance the appeal. A tidy, well-prepared space allows us to focus on capturing its best features without delays.
What to Expect on the Day of the Shoot
On the day of the shoot, we’ll arrive at the scheduled time and start with a quick walkthrough to plan the best angles. Each room will be photographed with at least two wide-angle shots to showcase space and layout, while we’ll also capture detailed shots of unique features like stylish décor, cozy reading nooks, or standout design elements—perfect for Airbnb listings. The session typically takes 1 hour, and edited high-resolution images will be delivered within 36 hours, ready for use in your listings.
To give you an idea of the cost, our fee starts at 100£ for a small 2 bedroom flat.
